Coaching Parents of Neurodivergent Children

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Parenting Divergent Minds ("Coach," "we," "us," or "our") to individuals ("Clients" or "you") seeking coaching services for parents of neurodivergent children. By booking or attending a coaching session, you agree to these terms.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Parenting Divergent Minds! We offer coaching services aimed at helping parents and guardians navigate the unique challenges of raising neurodivergent children. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which we provide these services.

 

2. Scope of Services

We provide coaching services tailored to support parents of children with neurodivergent conditions, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other developmental, learning, or behavioural differences. Our services include:

  • One-on-one coaching sessions

  • Group coaching sessions

  • Workshops and webinars

  • Resource sharing and educational materials

  • Podcasts

Our coaching is designed to offer guidance, strategies, and emotional support, but it does not substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

 

3. Client Eligibility

To access our coaching services, you must:

  • Be a parent or guardian of a neurodivergent child.

  • Be over the age of 18 and have legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when booking services.

 

4. Booking, Payment, and Refunds

4.1 Booking:
Coaching sessions can be booked via our website or directly with our team. A session may be rescheduled or cancelled, as outlined in Section 5 below.

4.2 Payment:
Clients agree to pay for services according to the pricing and payment terms indicated at the time of booking. Payment must be made at the time of booking or as specified in the invoice. We accept the following payment methods: PayPal

 4.3 Refunds:
Refunds are available as follows:

  • Full refunds are offered if a session is cancelled by Parenting Divergent Minds within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

  • A 50% refund is available if the client cancels at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.

  • No refunds will be offered for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session.

 

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will not be refunded. Clients who do not show up for a scheduled session will be charged the full session fee.

 

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

6.1 Confidentiality:
We respect your privacy. All personal information, including details about your child’s neurodivergence, shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law. This includes any personal, medical, or sensitive data you provide during coaching sessions.

6.2 GDPR Compliance:
We are committed to protecting your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data at any time. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

7.Limitation of Liability

The Coach provides the Services with the utmost care and professionalism, but cannot guarantee any specific outcome. You acknowledge that coaching services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or educational treatment.

 

8. Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or other communication methods. By continuing to use our Services after such modifications, you agree to the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Italy.
