Hello,

I’m Christina

Hello, I’m Christina, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’ve spent years working as a school counsellor (MSc in psychology). Through this work, I’ve supported many families navigating the beautiful, challenging journey of raising neurodivergent kids. But my understanding goes beyond professional training—it’s deeply personal, too.

Like many parents, I’ve had moments where I felt overwhelmed, unsure, or worried if I was doing enough. I remember one day in particular when everything felt like it was falling apart—meltdowns, missed appointments, and that heavy feeling of exhaustion. But it was also the day I realised that what my child needed most wasn’t perfection from me, but presence, patience, and a little grace.

That experience shaped how I approach supporting families today—with kindness, practical tools, and a heart full of empathy. You’re not alone on this journey, and I’m here to help you find more calm, connection, and confidence—one step at a time.

MY APPROACH

I believe parenting support should feel grounding, not overwhelming—and that every family deserves guidance that truly fits them.

My approach is calm, compassionate, and strengths-based. That means we start with what’s already working, and build from there. I’m not here to hand you a checklist or try to “fix” your child—instead, we’ll uncover their strengths, understand their struggles, and create simple, supportive strategies that work in your real life.

With my background in psychology and experience as a school counsellor, I combine evidence-informed tools with a deep respect for each family’s unique rhythm. We'll focus on emotional safety (for you and your child), practical routines, and small, meaningful shifts that bring more calm and connection to your home.

No judgment. No pressure. Just honest support, real strategies, and someone in your corner every step of the way.

let’s get to know each other

Every family’s story is different—and yours matters.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, curious about support, or just want to talk it through with someone who gets it, I’d love to connect. This isn’t about pressure or perfect parenting—it’s about finding what works for you.

Let’s start with a gentle conversation where you can share what’s going on, ask questions, and explore whether 1:1 support feels like the right next step.

weekly digital sessions

Support that fits into real life.

Our weekly sessions happen online, so you can show up from wherever you are—messy house, tired eyes, and all. Each session is a space just for you: to pause, breathe, and focus on what matters most for your family right now.

We’ll meet once a week to check in, talk through challenges, celebrate progress (yes, even the small stuff), and adjust your personalised plan as life unfolds. You don’t have to do this alone—we’ll walk it together, one week at a time.
